No soy especial amante del rap anterior al año 1994 pero dudo mucho(con el permiso del todopodero K.K y también de London Rhyme Syndicate)que vaya a encontrar joyas conpetualmente tan jodidamente avanzadas comparables a ésta,en el mismo año y en el mismo lugar quiero decir: difícil,no?.
Qué habrá sido de Mendoza records y qué habrá sido de Mc D inmediatamente después de éste disco.
Darren James no volvió a editar disco propio hasta el 2001 pero tiene varias colaboraciones interesantes a partir de éste impresionante debut.

Qué demonios es ésto? : un tributo zappiano... prog-jazz...proto metal...alt folk suburbial...hardcore country...acid rock y ya está...el resultado de ser okupa en New Orleans...vanguardia...ecléctic folk...

Tengo que empezar a decir aquello de "me río yo del Piper at the Gates of Dawn".Entre mis iguales empieza a ser una frase común.

El psych golpea fuerte la roca,pa que nos vamos a engañar,la psicodélia ñoña necesitaba ser liberada de las garras populístas del pop con un nuevo golpe de martillo,se resistía a desaparecer sin dejar rastro así es que su gran história fué a caer a manos de los revisores más degenerativos de la nueva generación.Qué lastimica : media década manipulando la reconstrucción de un subgenero y resulta que el experimento fué llamado "el final de la psicodelia",en vez de ser llamado "su evolución".
El vaso de agua no estaba medio lleno sinó medio vacío.
No seremos cultos pero sabemos que el psych(70's)(sicodélia de vanguardia) fué el primer subgenero de la psicodélia en experimentar con elementos totalmente ajenos al pop y si me apuráis incluso al rock(prog,hard,proto metal...lo que empezaba a ser típico de la década vaya).
